Without You (I Stay Home All Alone)
This chart starts in 8/4 with the lower brass doubling the bass line and then moves into a 4/4 time signature. This is an original song that I wrote for a band called Molasses in the mid 1970s that is jazz rock chart as I was influenced by Blood, Sweat and Tears, Chicago and Tower of Power at the time. This part of my Jazz Rock Series and features a trumpet 2 solo. This chart has the addition of marimba and vibraphone parts as well. It is a Jazz Charts Plus chart so there is the additional combine score and part (flutes and clarinets doubling saxes and trumpets with french horn, baritone and tuba doubling the trombone parts. There is a mp3 of the combine version, the big band version and just the rhythm section for players to practice with. It is aimed high school, college and community band intermediate level and is a lively addition to your repertoire.
